On the occasion of the GFP webinar on November 19, 2020, the Education Commission of the GFP awarded its PhD Thesis Prize to Dr. Jennifer Rodon Fores.

Jennifer conducted her PhD work at the Institut Charles Sadron between 2016 and 2019 in the PECMAT team (PhD thesis defended on September 20, 2019). She did her doctoral work under the supervision of Prof. Loic Jierry, in close collaboration with Prof. Pierre Schaaf (INSERM U1121/ICS) and Dr. Fouzia Boulmedais in the context of a research project funded by the Foundation for Research in Chemistry of the University of Strasbourg. Her PhD thesis was entitled "Localized protein-assisted self-assembly: from mechanism to applications".

Since the end of 2019, she is a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Prof. Job Boekhoven at the Technical University of Munich.
